Module description
The "Color Picker" module is included in the Outfit tool distribution and is available free of charge. It combines two tools: a color palette selector and an on-screen color picker (eyedropper). Both can be accessed via the context menu or by an assignable hotkey.
The Color Palette tool opens a customizable color selection palette. You can switch the primary component of the palette using buttons labeled R, G, B, H, S, V. This primary component is displayed on a vertical slider. A square field shows the palette for the other two components—either colors (in RGB mode) or hue/saturation/brightness (in HSV mode). The selected color is displayed on the right, including its RGB and HSV codes.
The Eyedropper tool, when activated, displays a small window showing the current cursor coordinates along with a magnified view of the area underneath. Clicking anywhere on the screen captures the pixel color at that point and allows you to copy it in RGB, HSV, and WEB (hex) format.
